1. If you choose to submit beer surveys you will need to pass personal data (name, membership number, email address) to the Pub Survey Coordinator through this site.

2. Where you provide personal data to the Derby Branch of CAMRA such data will be used only for the area you have volunteered information i.e. Pub/Beer Surveys.

3. The Derby CAMRA site does not automatically capture or store personal data from visitors to the site, other than to log the user’s session information such as the frequency of the visit to the site and the nature of the browser used. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by the Branch to assess the use of the site.
   
   The Information Advertising Bureau provide in depth information about cookies. The IAB site also tells you how to remove cookies from your browser.
