Pub Surveys

Surveying for the 2011 Good Beer Guide has now begun with regular survey trips being organised over the following few months by both minibus and public transport. The minibus trips are FREE, subsidised by the Branch, get booked up rather quickly so get your name down asap - see individual trips below for details.

How to Receive the Latest Survey Information

If anyone wants to receive the very latest information on Pub surveys - details of upcoming surveys, reports on surveys that have taken place and the statistics on how the surveying is going, then please join the “derbycamra” yahoo group:

How to Submit Surveys

Remember that surveying for the Good Beer Guide is not confined to organised survey trips. It can be carried out by any CAMRA member when they visit a pub. A printable survey sheet can be downloaded by clicking on the pdf icon below:

Paper surveys for the Branch Area can be given to me at branch meetings or sent to me in the post.
I no longer accept surveys from outside the Derby CAMRA Branch Area. By all means pass them on to CAMRA HQ yourself but my recommendation is to use the National Beer Scoring System (NBSS). This is also my preferred method of receiving surveys.

CAMRA ID: your CAMRA membership number without leading zeros.
Password: same as that used on the National CAMRA website, default is your postcode in uppercase without spaces.
